DEVELOPMENT OF WORKING
DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
As part of the implementation of equipment supply projects, we provide services for the development of working design documentation (WDD). Working design documentation is a set of graphical and text documents, which contains all the information about the product, necessary for its production.
We develop design documentation based on procurement documentation. The WDD reflects not the preliminary, but the actual configuration of the equipment with its dimensions, masses, reference points. The documentation set depends on the supplied equipment. If this is a project with automation, in which there is an Automatic Control Systems, then cable logs and a list of signals that are necessary for control are provided. If skid equipment is used, it is mandatory to specify the actual dimensions of the frame, the points of entry of pipelines into the installation, places of connection of cables or cable trays, in the buildings also specify the supply of ventilation.
The working design documentation goes through several stages of approval by the customer, and only then the manufacture and delivery of the equipment specified in the documentation is carried out.
